The Gift of Awareness

Unshakeable-ness comes from awareness of the Laws of the Universe and Love lesson’s you’ve learned, and reflection on one’s own life. Unshakable-ness comes from understanding why it all happens, and that it is a part of the never-ending process of becoming. Looking at something that once triggered you, thanking it for reminding you of your Truth, and moving in the direction of your Truth unharmed, unphased, unshakable is liberating and (to be honest) unusual in our day-and-age.

I’m going to be real with you in this next reflection. Real Real. When I started actively coaching last year, I would sometimes have students and random people on social media say that what I was doing and teaching (not just me but Law of Attraction as a whole) is spiritual bypassing. That caught me off guard at first. As it began to happen more, I decided to do more research and understand what people meant by spiritual bypassing as well as any “official” definitions. The more I read, the more I began to laugh. It was me. I used to believe in spiritual bypassing. I used to be a mentally ill, self-deprecating person who thought that it was impossible to live a life without frequent pain and suffering. Growing up, my best friend, Iman, was the bubbliest happiest person I knew and I didn’t know it was possible to be that happy. I would tell her to stop laughing and smiling so much. I would shut her down any chance I got. I was suspicious of people who were happy all the time I thought,

“they must have pain in their life. Why aren’t they showing it?”

I was asking the wrong question. The questions I should have been asking is,

“Why do I have so much pain in my life & do I deserve to be happy?”

There was a part of me that still believed that focusing less on what I didn’t want and more on what I did want was bypassing and that is why I was attracting people or situations about it. It was reality being a mirror (as usual) and showing me my beliefs.

So I made a choice, I decided

“feeling good and being happy is my birthright”

“I live a better life when I focus on what I want instead of what I don’t want”

“Pain and suffering are opportunities to reassess my beliefs and change them, and I don’t have to wallow in that energy in order to process them in a healthy way.”

Before, criticism would have broken me. Now, I understand its a reflection of me and what I believe and feel about myself. With this awareness of how our Universe works on an energetic/vibrational/emotional level and reflection on our past, it puts everything in perspective and makes you unshakable to what comes next. Why? Because it is all a reflection of the past (past thought, past emotions, past beliefs).

I’ll be incorporating this into my next online course. Join the list and I’ll let you know when it launches. Go to unshakable.lawofasha.com or check the link in the bio.
