Today, I had an interview with a company & was so excited about it. I haven’t been in the interview space for over 4 years & I have always done extremely well in interviews…& tests.
I do well under pressure & can intuit what’s needed to make a great impression.
Here are my tips for what to do the day of the interview.
You can of course do some of these in advance & I would recommend that as well. I always review these things the day of so that they are top of mind.
The last tip, I feel, is the most important. You want to work in a place that values you for who you truly are & that vibes with your personality. Going in trying to be something you’re not will only lead to a bad outcome.
Remember, they’re not selecting you. You are selecting them. In this job market, there are an abundance of positions that need to be filled (more than applicants), so you have the advantage.
Know your worth & make your decision from a place of worthiness, confidence, & self-love.
